About Me
Tony Lee - UX Designer
I’m a UX Designer based in New York City with experience ranging from scrappy startups to large-scale organizations. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, from visual design and project management to data analysis and design systems, but the thread that connects it all is my drive to create experiences that make people’s lives easier.
I’m especially passionate about civil service work and partnering with users to uncover the real challenges they face. I believe that better experiences lead to better outcomes, not just for businesses but for communities. My favorite part of the job is sitting down with users, watching how they interact with what I’ve built, and learning directly from those moments of friction or delight.
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me exploring the city, trying new foods, playing basketball or spending quality time with friends and family.
