Redesigning online ordering experience
As Lunchbox scaled to serve over 200 restaurant partners, our platform faced growing pains. Each client expected custom features and multiple rounds of revisions, which slowed down launch times and made it difficult to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. At the same time, many users abandoned the ordering platform in favor of third-party apps like DoorDash and Grubhub, highlighting the need for a more competitive solution.
